Didactic, clinical with 2.5 class hours/week, 3 lab hours every other week and 90 clinical hours/semester. Application of critical thinking and use of the nursing process with adults/families experiencing complex, multisystem health alterations. Role of technology in the assessment and management of acutely ill adults is discussed. Prerequisites: NR 330, NR 340.
