As a branch of Student Development, the Campus Activities Office (CAO) strives to meet the various needs of the campus community. In addition to social programs, the CAO offers cultural events, holiday programs, and service projects in order to enhance the holistic development of the students.
Activities sponsored through the CAO include Homecoming, complete with a powder puff game, pep rally, bonfire, and cookout. In addition, the CAO offers, intramurals such as Zumba, yoga, cardio kickboxing, dodge ball, corn hole, and many others! All of these activities are free to NDC students!
The CAO works closely with Undergraduate Student Government (USG) in planning various campus events. Earth Day, Save the Squirrels, and rock concerts are some examples of these programs. In addition, USG works with College Administration to sponsor an annual recognition event for students who have achieved academic excellence. Check USG out, they are the voice of the students at NDC!
In addition to advising USG, the CAO assists the Falcons Activities Board (FAB), who sponsors social events for the students. FAB has coordinated exciting events like a foam dance party, indoor roller rink, bowling nights, and more! Click here to learn and maybe even join FAB!
Last but certainly not least, the CAO works with approximately 20 active student organizations on campus! The clubs are not only social by nature, but also serve the purposes of service, academic, and recreation! Want to know more? Just click here!
