Off Campus Housing

Off Campus rental property available near campus

Notre Dame College requires all students who have less than sixty (60) earned credits and/or who are under twenty one (21) years of age to live in on-campus housing.

Notre Dame College believes that living on campus is an essential part of a successful college experience. Students who reside on campus are more likely to succeed academically and graduate from college in a timely manner. Studies have shown that students who live on campus earn better grades and have higher GPA’s than their non-resident counterparts. Living on campus provides students opportunities to develop stronger ties to the College and experience a greater sense of community or connection.

Students who meet the criteria to live off campus are encouraged to find housing in the local community. Students who desire to live off campus and meet the criteria for a housing exemption should fill out the housing exemption form and submit it to the Office of Residence Life.

Notre Dame College is located in South Euclid, Ohio and it is the best option for students to live off campus and attend classes. Learn more about the South Euclid at the city’s website www.cityofsoutheuclid.com.

The College is also conveniently located near University Heights, Beachwood, Cleveland Heights and Lyndhurst. Each local municipality has unique housing options available for rent and sale. Notre Dame College recommends that students learn the city’s laws or ordnances about renting.

If you have questions or concerns about living off campus please contact the Office of Residence Life, located in Harks Hall, or call 216.373.5181. The Office of Residence Life has resources about available housing near the College and they host informative sessions for students to learn about renting, budgeting, and navigating the off-campus living experience.
